Veronica “Phyllis” (Howe) Kerwin, of Plymouth formerly of North Weymouth, died on February 16th at the McCarthy Care Center in Sandwich. The beloved wife of the late Walter “Buddy” Kerwin, she is survived by her daughters Karen Coates and her husband Jeff of Plymouth, Linda Varrasso and her husband Bob of Plymouth and Ginny Morreale and her husband Kenny of Duxbury. She also leaves her 5 grandchildren Jeffrey and Jennifer Coates and Stephanie, Stephen and Nick Morreale. Veronica was born in Boston and was a member of St. Jerome’s Guild. She enjoyed bowling, reading, traveling and especially spending time with her family and friends. There are no visiting hours. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 22nd at St. Bonaventure’s Church at 11:30 AM, leaving from the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd (Rt 3A), Plymouth (Manomet) at 11 AM followed by burial at the National Cemetery in Bourne. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the McCarthy Care Center, 73 Service Road, Sandwich, MA 02537.
