Stephen P. King Jr., age 68, passed away at the South Shore Hospital on Friday, January 18, 2013. Stephen is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Rita (Kerivan) King, his children, Linda King of Concord, NH, Deb Brown of S. Weymouth, Robert Palumbo and his wife Rose of Rockland, Karen Munroe and her husband Sean of Dorchester, Terry Malcolm and her husband David of Raynham, NH and Stephen F. King and his wife Amy of Temple, ME. He also leaves 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. He is predeceased by his parents, Stephen P. King Sr. and Margaret (Garney) King and his brother, Michael F.S. King formerly of Beverly. Stephen was born in Boston, grew up in Dorchester and lived 10 years in Abington before moving to South Weymouth 7 years ago. He was a press operator for Ivex Protective Packaging Co. in Newton for over 20 years. Visiting will be at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq. S. Weymouth on Tuesday January 22 from 8 P.M. to 10:30 P.M. immediately followed by A Funeral Mass at the St. Albert the Great Church, 1140 Washington St. Weymouth at 11 A.M.
